Our initiative connects Muslim women physicians and trainees across Canada to foster mentorship, professional growth, and community. Each mentor is paired with one or two mentees, typically medical students, with full flexibility on meeting format and frequency. Most mentors connect with their mentees two to three times per year, virtually or in person, though the level of involvement is entirely up to you. We are looking to launch this mentorship initiative in January, inshaAllah.

We would be honoured to have you join our community as a mentor. Your presence would be valuable to members navigating their early career paths and identity within medicine.
